Wayne Burmeister, 79, of Neenah, passed away Monday, June 18, 2012, at St. Elizabeth Hospital.

Wayne was born December 12, 1932, the son of the late Gilbert and Beatrice (Koletzke) Burmeister. He served in the United States Navy, a veteran of the Korean Conflict. Prior to his retirement, Wayne was employed for many years with Miller Electric. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and woodworking.

Survivors include his sons: Scott Burmeister and Lee Burmeister, both of Menasha; granddaughters, Jessica and Tiffany; and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Dorothy.

In following with Wayne’s wishes, no funeral service will be held.
