Tom Evenstad Whittier, CA April 24, 2012 4:11 PM		Mom, You will be missed; you will always be in my heart. I know that you are in heaven with Jesus. I thank you for encouraging me to read the Bible from a very early age. I also want to thank you and Dad for taking the time to encourage me to sit and watch Billy Graham televised crusades with you in the 1960's while I was still at home. Mom, you were always a compassionate and caring person, and nursing was a good occupational fit for you. We as Christians believe that to be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord. You exhibited a lifelong faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. By the grace and mercy of God we will rejoice in God's presence together forever.
