JO ANN RAUSCH

Jo Ann Rausch, age 64, passed away on Saturday, July 28, 2018 after a courageous battle with cancer.  She was born on May 30, 1954 to the late Rupert and Patricia Rausch and resided in Neenah.  Jo Ann loved animals dearly, especially her cat, Boots.  She enjoyed camping in Iola on her family's land and spending time outdoors.  Jo Ann looked forward to evenings out to dinner, particularly when getting steak at Michiels Bar and Grill.  She treasured the times she spent visiting with friends at St. Thomas Episcopal Church when hosting Double Portions.  Patriotism was very important to her, and Jo Ann was a member of the VFW Auxiliary.  She was loved dearly by her family and will be missed greatly.

Jo Ann is survived by her brother, Bill (Jan) Rausch; nieces and nephews: Amanda Rausch, Matthew Rausch and Shawn (Tom) Thiel; as well as other relatives and friends.  She was preceded in death by her parents.

The Funeral Service for Jo Ann will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home, 205 W. Doty Avenue, Neenah.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the VFW Post 2126, 546 Third Street, Menasha, WI 54952.
