Obituary

Juliann Williams, age 67, of Neenah passed away on Monday evening, June 27, 2016 at her home with her family at her side.  She was born on June 25, 1949 in Oconto County, Wisconsin, daughter of the late Richard A. and Bernice B. (Niemczyk) Oshefsky.  Juliann then grew up in Krakow.  On September 8, 1973 she married John W. Williams in Waukegan, IL.  John brought two daughters into the marriage, and the couple was soon blessed with another daughter, and a son.  She loved her vacations in Minocqua; fishing, shopping, and a casino trip; she loved birdwatching; her flower gardens; and her dogs, Bud and Weiser.  Above all, Juliann's favorite job was being a mother to her children.

She will be sadly missed by her loving husband, John; her daughter, Tiffany Williams, Neenah; her son, Brett (Fiancee Kimberly Brown) Williams, Appleton; step-daughters: Brenda (Brad) Bunnell, Shiocton, Tammy (Randy) Brehm, Caroline; grandchildren: Hunter and Amber Bunnell; Nicholas, Brandon, and Nicole Brehm; sisters: MaryAnn (Virgil) Wudtke, Sobieski, Lori (Allen) Poppe, Bear Creek; brother, Wayne (Christine) Oshefsky, Clintonville; sister-in-law, Kathy (Bill) Johnson, Neenah; nieces and nephews: Debra Wudtke, Green Bay; Laura (Kevin) Lambert, Oneida; Sue (Todd) Wagner, Darboy; Shelly (Scott) Dunsirn, Neenah; Steve (Julia) Johnson, LaCrosse; other relatives and friends.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Jason Bunnell; a child brother, Richard, infant twin sisters: Kathlyn and Katherine; parents-in-law, Walter and Olga Williams.

Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Friday, July 1, 2016 at 11:30 a.m. at St. Gabriel Catholic Church (900 Geiger St., Neenah) with Father Larry Seidl officiating.  Friends will be received on Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m. until a prayer service at 8:00 p.m. at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home.  Visitation will then continue directly at St. Gabriel Parish on Friday from 10:30 a.m. until the hour of Mass.  Interment will be in St. Margaret Cemetery, Neenah.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.

 

The family would like to thank the staff at ThedaCare Regional Cancer Center for your professional services and mostly for your care and compassion.  Also, a very special thank you to the staff of ThedaCare at Home Hospice.
