BARBARA XIONG

Barbara S. “Barbie” (Radtke) Xiong, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on the morning of Saturday, February 24, 2024. Barbie was born on July 28, 1961 in Neenah, WI to the late Marvin and Delores (Marks) Radtke. She enjoyed living life to the fullest, playing outdoor sports in her younger days, attending music festivals, and playing on dart leagues. Barbie was also a lifelong animal lover, achieving one of her dreams by having her own horse when she was still a young girl, spending many hours grooming, riding, and otherwise taking care of “True.” She also spent many happy times at her grandparents' farm in Marion, WI along with her brother and cousins. Barbie enjoyed going to the NEW Zoo near Green Bay with her daughter, Erica. Later in life, she attended many different wine tours and tastings. She also dearly loved all of the cats and kittens that she shared her life with.

Barbie attended Neenah High School and graduated in 1979. She worked for many years at Outlook Graphics until health issues forced her to retire early. Even when she wasn't able to get around anymore, she had a very large circle of friends and touched many lives on social media, never hesitating for a moment to share her heartfelt opinions!

Barbie is survived by her daughter, Erica; a special friend, Blake; her brother, Michael (Rita) Radtke; three nephews; and several cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents and all her aunts and uncles.

A memorial service for Barbie will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home, Rev. Sandra Crase officiating. A visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until the hour of service.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Oshkosh Area Humane Society in Barbie's name.
