Fox Crossing- Gloria Eileen (Muenzel) Swentner, age 92, passed away peacefully on February 2, 2025. She was born on August 27, 1932, in Neenah, WI, the daughter of Fred and Charlotte (Cottrell) Muenzel. Growing up in Neenah, Gloria attended Neenah High School. She went on to work at Park ‘n' Market grocery store, Miles Kimball, and Modern Manufacturing.
Gloria is survived by her children: Kim Koss, Susan (Dan) Hanneman, Kathy (Dennis) Papenfus, Sharon (Jim) Gillen, Larry (Sherry) Johnson; grandchildren: Tracy Hanneman, Brandon Koss, Tim Johnson, Jeramy Gillen, Justin Gillen, Eric Hanneman; great-grandchildren: Henry Witt, Madysen Witt, Darcy Gillen, Hudson Gillen, Jaden Gillen, Elizabeth Hulak, Bryce Hulak, and their mom Rorie Hulak; siblings: Patricia Brazee, Wayne (Peggy) Muenzel; other friends and family members.
She is preceded in death by her parents and husband James Swentner.
A private family memorial service is taking place at a later date.
