JEFFREY EATON

September 24, 1974 - June 24, 2024

Obituary

Jeffrey T. Eaton, age 49 of Neenah, passed away Monday, June 24, 2024, after battling leukemia for the last year and a half. He was born September 24, 1974 to Tom and Betty (Gass) Eaton and lived his whole life as a Neenah resident. Jeff was graduate of Neenah High School. Twenty-seven years ago, Jeff met the love of his life, Becky Gall, and the two married on July 11, 2020.

Jeff will be remembered for his huge heart; he would truly do anything for anyone. He loved camping in Wisconsin state parks, especially Peninsula State Park in Door County, biking and hiking. Time spent in Door County was his favorite. He had a passion for trucks of all kinds and could often be found tinkering in the garage on his truck. Jeff was an excellent handyman and could fix or build just about anything. Jeff loved music, attending local artist concerts as well hard rock concerts. For twenty-seven years, Jeff worked for WestRock in Neenah, before taking on a vocation he truly loved, brewing beer. Jeff worked most recently for Neenah's Lion's Tail Brewing Company as a brewer. He enjoyed homebrewing as well, and was a proud board member of the Society of Oshkosh Brewers (SOBs) for many years.

Jeff will be sadly missed by his wife, Becky Eaton; mother, Betty Eaton; sister, Amy (Brent) Schramm; mother-in-law, Gloria Gall; brother-in-law, Mike (Karen) Gall; and by his nieces and nephews: Holly and Jasen Hirst, and Hannah and Alex Gall; many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Tom Eaton; father-in-law, Michael Gall; paternal grandparents: Willard and Lavella Eaton; and by his maternal grandparents: Orrin and Dorothy Gass.

My sweet Boo I will always love you! -Bee

A memorial gathering for Jeff will be held from 10:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 13, 2024 at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home. He will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery.

We are better people for having known Jeff.  Always ready with a smile and great conversation .  He will be missed.  We can’t believe we won’t see you again this side of heaven.  At least we know heaven will have decent beer when we do meet again.
