NICOLE LUTZ

NEENAH – Nicole Cristine Lutz, 27, of Neenah, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Saturday, February 8th, 2025.

This beautiful girl was born on August 5th, 1997, in Appleton, Wisconsin, the daughter of Ann (Maloney) Roberts and Daniel Lutz.

Nicole was a loving soul who was always happy, loved to laugh, and shared pure joy. She faced many challenges in her life, and her strength and courage taught everyone who met her how to handle difficult situations with God's grace. Though Nicole was never able to use words, she taught us and many others so much about caring, compassion, grace, and above all, unconditional love.

Nicole loved family gatherings. She was always smiling at all the silliness, laughing, and games that surrounded her. Nicole's nieces and nephews adoringly called her “Auntie” and especially enjoyed helping with Nicole's daily routine and looked forward to spending time with her. Those who gave Nicole any attention at all, were not disappointed in what they received in return. When she smiled at you, her big brown eyes absolutely sparkled.

Nicole cherished her many musical toys, and sometimes impressively balanced four or more on her lap at one time. She was a very vocal singer and was fascinated with shiny birthday balloons. Nicole was a loving friend to so many.

Nicole is survived by her loving mother Ann who cared for her unconditionally. Sisters Cristie (Mark) Siebenaller, Danielle Wheeler, and Stephanie (Craig) Schott. Nieces and nephews Madelyn and Nora Siebenaller, Dylan Wheeler, and Eli and Noah Schott. Father Dan (Renata) and brothers Anthony (Chelsea) Lutz and Dylan and Garrett Lutz Martinez. Further survived by grandmothers Eleanor Maloney and Georgia Lutz who loved Nicole dearly, as well as aunts and uncles; Mark (Kay) Maloney, Lynn (John) Solwold, Bill (Lora) Lutz, and Judy Lutz. Nicole was loved by many cousins who enjoyed precious time with her.

Nicole met her grandfather Gary (Bumpa) Lutz and grandfather Francis (Chick) Maloney who always loving called Nicole his “Peach;” in Heaven.

Additionally, Nicole had two very special caregivers who shared their love and time with her. Rita Radtke and Amanda McConnell treated Nicole like their own and showered her with love.

A celebration of life for Nicole will be held at Westgor Funeral Home in Neenah on Friday, February 14th, 2025, with visitation from 9:00am-11:00am. A service will be held at 11:00am with Deacon Tom Gritton officiating. Burial will take place at a later date at Riverside Cemetery in Appleton.

The family would like to thank Dr. Kelsey Kienert at Ascension, Dr. Thomas VanSistine at ThedaCare, and pediatrician Dr. Edward Bayer for their compassionate care of Nicole.

Nicole, you have made us better people and have shown us the meaning of complete and unconditional love. God's love has shined through your authentic joy and has brought people closer to Jesus. It has been a gift to love you for these 27 years. We are so proud of you and will treasure our memories with you forever. Until we meet again, all our love.
