Obituary
Patricia A. Wiatrowski (Raddu), age 93 of Menasha, WI passed away peacefully on Friday afternoon, January 19, 2024 after a brief battle with cancer. Patricia was born In Neenah, WI on September 23, 1930, the daughter of the late Frank and Emma Raddu (Mottel).
She graduated from Menasha High School and was on the tennis team there, where she met the love of her life, “Windy”, Douglas N. Wiatrowski. They were married on June 3, 1950 for nearly 70 years when Douglas passed away on April 29 of 2020. She spent many happy hours at various baseball, football, basketball, soccer, and track venues watching her husband, kids, grandkids and
great-grandkids play sports. She enjoyed doing jigsaw puzzles, knitting, reading and playing bingo and made many lifelong friendships through her activities.
Pat loved sewing and was an accomplished seamstress; teaching others how to sew, making clothing items and doing alterations for herself, her friends, her children and dolls alike. She loved gardening and oftentimes could be found out in the yard on the riding lawnmower or attacking the Chinese yews with an electric trimmer.
Pat is survived by her children: Jane Coe, Jerry (Linda) Wiatrowski and Patti (Marty) VandenAcker. Her grandchildren: Doug (Marcy) Coe, Brian VandenAcker, Kristin (Shaun) Anderson, Robert (Amber) Coe, and Jeffrey Coe. Pat's great grandchildren are: Kinsley Belle Coe, Audrey and Austin Anderson, Tytus and Toretto Coe.
The family will greet relatives and friends from 9:00 am to 10:55 am Monday, January 29, 2024 at the First United Methodist Church of Neenah,108 W Doty Avenue, prior to the start of the memorial service at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to your favorite charity in Pat's name.
Pat's family would like to send special thanks to the staff at Eagle Point, Compassus, Eagle Court and St. Elizabeth's hospital for the care and compassion they showed Pat and her family during this difficult time.
