Robert Karrmann
Owner/Funeral Director
Robert “Bob” Karrmann grew up in Manitowoc, Wisconsin, and is a proud graduate of Roncalli High School. He went on to earn his degree from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. After spending five years managing restaurants across the country, Bob chose to pursue a more meaningful career path. He earned his degree in Mortuary Science from Worsham College in Wheeling, Illinois, and became a licensed Funeral Director in 1995.
Bob joined the team at Westgor Funeral Home in 1997. His dedication and compassion led him to become co-owner in 2009, and in December 2023, he assumed sole ownership of the firm. Deeply committed to the families he serves, Bob remains actively involved in every aspect of the business, finding purpose in guiding others through life’s most difficult moments.
Bob and his wife, Kim, live in Neenah and are proud parents to two grown children, Matthew and Keira. Their family also includes their cherished dogs. Bob is an engaged member of the community, actively participating in Neenah Rotary and serving on the Board of Directors of the Wisconsin Funeral Directors Association. He is also a Past President and Board Member of the Fox River Valley Funeral Directors Association.
In his free time, Bob enjoys golfing, reading, walking with his dogs, spending time at the family cabin in Three Lakes, and traveling with Kim.
Michelle Reppert
Senior Funeral Director
Michelle is a Menasha native and graduated from Menasha High School in 2002. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in 2006 from Ripon College, and her Associates Degree in Mortuary Science from Worsham College in 2007. She received her funeral director’s license in 2008 and has been working for Westgor Funeral Home since September 2009.
Michelle is currently a Kimberly resident and loves spending time with her two sons, Owen and Alex. She enjoys being outdoors: kayaking, camping, hiking, or downhill skiing, and is a avid book reader.
She is currently the Vice President of the Fox River Valley Funeral Director Association and was a charter member of the Rotaract Club of Neenah/Menasha as well as a member of the Neenah Kiwanis Club.
Keira Karrmann
Funeral Director
Keira, a Neenah High School alumnus, graduated from Worsham Mortuary College of Wheeling, IL in the fall of 2021. She spent her first 3 years in funeral service as a student and funeral director apprentice in Highland Park, IL. Following the end of her apprenticeship, in September of 2023, she returned to Westgor Funeral Home to learn as much as she could from her dad and funeral director, Bob Karrmann.
Keira now lives in Appleton with her fiance, Artem, and two dogs Zion and Niko. She loves to spend time with her friends and family as well as watch movies, travel, and countless crafts.
Jade Rucinski
Funeral Director
Jade, an Oshkosh native, graduated from Milwaukee Area Technical College with her Associates Degree in Funeral Service/Mortuary Science in May of 2024. She began her funeral director apprenticeship in the Appleton area in 2023 and came to Westgor Funeral Home shortly after in 2024 as a licensed funeral director.
In her spare time, Jade enjoys spending time with her husband Jemiah and their son Grey, along with their two cats, Zelda and Steve. Jade is a lover of all animals, especially cats, and would describe the perfect evening as watching a movie or reading a good book on the couch snuggled up with her fur babies.
Lisa Brennan
Advance Funeral Planner
Lisa Brennan is a resident of Winneconne, WI. She was employed at her family owned and operated floral shop and greenhouse for 30 years. The event planning aspect of the business groomed her for her next profession as an Advanced Funeral Planner. She truly enjoyed helping families at what can be a very difficult time. Lisa has two children and three amazing grandchildren which she adores.
In her spare time Lisa enjoys traveling, gardening, spending time with her grandchildren, family, and friends.
