Anne Larsen

Anne E. Larsen, Neenah, age 62, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, September 25, 2025. She was born on January 29, 1963, in Neenah, daughter of the late Dr. Vernon and Mary (Imgrund) Larsen.

Anne graduated from Neenah High School in 1981 and then received her Associate’s Degree as a Dental Hygienist from NWTC in Green Bay. Anne was employed at her father’s dental practice in Menasha, and then worked for Dr. Phil Hornseth in Appleton. She retired after 25 years of working. She loved connecting with all of her patients over the years. 

Anne found peace and happiness sitting at the beach, listening to the waves, and treasured vacations spent with her girls. She traveled all over with both daughters and was always thinking of the next place to visit. She had a true gift for connecting with people and valued the relationships she built throughout her life. A lover of birds, she especially delighted in attracting hummingbirds to her feeder. She was also very proud to be part owner of the Black Slough Conservation Club and proud to be part of conservation of wildlife. The Black Slough was a place that held great meaning to her. 

In her younger years, she embraced adventure - skiing, hunting and fishing brought her joy. This included saving a bullhead fish in a styrofoam cooler for months before her mom found out and made her release it! Above all, her greatest pride and joy was her family. She loved being a mom to her two daughters and, even more, “GaGa” to her granddaughter Brynnley, who she lovingly called “GaGa’s Brynnley Boo”. She cherished and spoiled her with all the love (and goodies) she could find. 

Survivors include her two daughters: Erinn (David) Eisch of Neenah, Shannen Larsen Van Alstine of Appleton; her granddaughter, Brynnley Eisch of Neenah; and a sister, Catherine (Bob Pardo) Larsen of Menasha.

Anne was preceded in death by her two parents, and her sister, Lynn Larsen.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00pm Friday October 10, 2025 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church 809 S Commercial St Neenah, WI 54956. Visitation will be held at the church from 1:00pm until the time of services. A Celebration of Life will follow at Butte des Morts Country Club from 4:00pm-9:00pm, 3600 W Prospect Ave Appleton, WI 54914. 

In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
