BERNICE WEBER

Bernice Marie “Pat” Weber, age 91, was called home to the Lord on Friday, September 29, 2017.  She was born in St. Louis on January 16, 1926 to the late Floyd and Esther Wachter.  Pat married Donald Weber on October 17, 1947 and enjoyed 69 years of marriage.  She was a very happy, pleasant person who was a joy to be around. Pat was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother who was always kind and committed to her family and friends.

Throughout Pat's life, she always had a strong faith in God.  She was a member of 1st Presbyterian Church in Neenah for fifty years.  During that time, she served as president of the Women's Association, a Circle leader, Sunday school teacher, Deaconess, and choir member.

Pat was also very active in the community and was a founding member of the Girls' Brigade, where she was a weekly group leader.  She truly enjoyed her time volunteering, especially at Camp Onaway in Waupaca, where she spent twenty-plus years as leader.  Pat also liked to travel and enjoyed playing bridge, doing needlework and sewing.

Pat is survived by her husband Donald Weber; children: Steve (Becky) Weber, Sue Jacobson, and Mark (Ann) Weber; grandchildren:  Brett (Erica) Weber, Brian (Katie) Weber, Stephanie (Nathan) Boelter, Jesse Jacobson, Janice (Mark) Diestler, Isaiah Weber, and Catherine Weber; and great-grandchildren: Jacob, Jillian, Nicklas, Troy, Caroline, Frederick, and Calvin.

The Funeral Service for Pat will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, October 6, 2017 at 1st Presbyterian Church, 200 Church Street, Neenah.  Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service.  In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established.
