VINCENT LAZZARO

On Friday, February 28, 2014, Vincent Joseph David Lazzaro became an angel after passing away unexpectedly at Children's Hospital- Fox Valley. He was born November 19, 2013 to Holly Schmitz and Jeremy Lazzaro, who will miss him dearly. He leaves behind his siblings: Hayden Schroeder, Kaiden Westholder, and Addison Schmitz; his maternal grandparents, Sharon and David Schmitz; paternal grandparents, Vincent and Mary Jo Lazzaro; aunts and uncles: Ashley and Adam Schmitz and Erika Lazzaro; great-grandparents: Donald and Sandy Vanden Heuvel ; Ruth Ann and Jerry Schmitz; Kathryn Natalie Lazzaro and Diane Ottman;. Vincent is further survived by his godparents, Ashley and Greg Lamia. He was preceded in death by his great-grandpa, Joseph Lazzaro, his great-great-grandma, Gertrude Vanden Heuvel, as well as his great-great-grandma Lodes and great-great-grandma and grandpa Schmitz. A funeral service for Vincent will be held at 6:00 P.M. Friday, March 7, 2014 at Menasha's Westgor Funeral Home. A visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until the hour of service. The family asks that you please wear purple in honor of Premature Awareness, or pink/ blue in support of Infant Loss Awareness. Vincent's family would like to extend a special thank you to his RT, Angie, as well as to the rest of the staff and nurses of the Children's Hospital NICU for their compassionate care and support throughout his short life.
