CATHERINE FRITSCH

Catherine Ann (Marx) Fritsch, "Cathy", of Menasha, age 69, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, March 19, 2014, with her son, Dan, and sisters, Susie, by her side, at Bridgewood Nursing Center in Neenah. Cathy was born January 25, 1945 in Neenah, daughter of the late Mary Ann and Harold Marx. She attended St. Mary's High School and graduated with the class of 1963. Cathy married Daniel Fritsch in 1964. He preceded her in death in 2005. Cathy loved her cats, Alice and Annie. She was employed with the Neenah Foundry for nine years and made many friends there. Survivors include her son, Daniel; seven grandchildren: Amanda Rose, Tristan, Adam, Erik, Samantha Rose, Hunter and Sydney Rose; a sister, Susie Marx; and two nephews: Shawn Jorgensen and Jason Jorgensen. She was preceded in death by a son, Bryan Fritsch. A memorial service will be held at 7:00 PM on Tuesday, March 25, 2014 at Menasha's Westgor Funeral Home. Visitation at the funeral home on Tuesday from 5:00 PM until the hour of service. Inurnment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Menasha. In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established to assist the family.
