Mrs. A, as I always called her, had enough spunk and sass for us all and we were lucky to get it! She was my friend and client for many, many years. Her dog Duke and cat Winston were always a favorite subject, as were her sons and her nursing. She would tell stories of her time growing up in Corning NY, home of CorningWare. She would tell shockingly funny stories of being head nurse - oh the stories she could tell. Last but not least, she had a love of Ice Cream, Victor and his family and... ice cream :) I think of you often Mrs. A, and thoughts of you will always bring a smile! This is a picture of she and my husband, who shared a birthday!

Jean was my family. From 1994-2004, I spent almost every single day with Jean. My family all called her Gramma Jean. I only met one of her sons in 30 years. After her son Scott moved 20+ years ago he was rarely heard from. She despised everything Conservatives stood for. She and I went to the dog park Every single day. Rain, shine, snow, she was more dependable than the Post Office. Her grandson I knew very well. He spent time with her. She also had dozens of amazing friends from all of the dog parks. She said dogs were her real family. She stopped knowing who Heather and I were 9 years ago. I will never forget you and love you forever……
