ELIZABETH WILLIAMS

ELIZABETH WILLIAMS

September 12, 1961 - March 08, 2025

Obituary

Beth passed away peacefully at Theda Care Regional Medical Center in Appleton where doctors and staff all worked very hard on her behalf.  Beth was born on September 12, 1961 to Frederick L. and Delores Ruth (Dodson) Williams in Sycamore, IL.  Beth made her mark wherever she went and was a voice to be reckoned with when she had an opinion about something!   Her faith in Christ carried her through many struggles that she has now been released from with her Savior at her side.  She had a great sense of humor and quick wit that kept all around her laughing, often during difficult and tragic life moments.  It seemed that she came out of every circumstance with a new special friend that she got to know through laughter, caring and concern for each one.  Church friends, medi-van drivers, St. Vinnie's volunteers, Friendship Center friends, apartment neighbors, health care staff, fellow residents wherever she lived and so many more.  Her favorite things were music and playing the piano when she was younger, her pets Snoopy and Oreo, all sports, especially her Bears and Cubbies (regardless of their current records), disrespecting the Packers, and new cell phones!  Beth will be greatly missed by so many and always remembered for the funny stories she left us with.

Beth is survived by two brothers: David (Linnea) and John (both of IL); special niece, Jasmine (Charlie) Rohr; great niece, Juliette (IL); special cousin, Brenda Digiacomo (CA); and her OM (Other Mom) Carol Plymire (Appleton).  She was predeceased by her parents, a sister Denise Julia Lawton, a brother Cameron and special aunt Lila Kirkpatrick.

A memorial service for Beth will be held on Saturday April 5, 2025, gathering at 12:00 PM and service at 1:00 PM .  The service will be held at Faith Community Global Methodist Church at N1966 Julius Dr., Greenville, WI and officiated by Rev. Dr. Listowel Ayensu-Mensah.
