John Langner

John R. Langner, 93, passed away peacefully on November 18, 2025. He was born in Dale, WI, on August 10, 1932, to Herbert and Mary Langner. John joined the Air Force from 1950-1954 and served in Germany, where he met Herta. They had 2 children, Eva E. Langner and John H. Langner. John enjoyed farming, raising beef cattle, and attending card parties with family and friends. He was reunited in life with his high school sweetheart Carolyn M. Leppla-Solomon. They were married for 33 years until her passing on July 20, 2022.

John is also survived by his children- Eva E. Langner, John H. (Cindy)  Langner, stepdaughter Laurie (Grant) Fulcer; 8 grandchildren: Melissa Wall, Abby Wall, Shane (June) Wall, Celia Langner, Brett Langner, Logan Langner, Mandy (Josh) Bolhen, Samuel (Ashley) Fulcer; 12 great-grandchildren: Charlie Meston, Oliver Meston, Isla Meston, Ethan Wall, Auron Sowers, Cyrus Cox, Sierra Lor, Alyvia Austin, Jaxon Bohlen, Marley Fulcer, Hudson Fulcer.

John was proceeded in death by both parents, a brother Larry, a sister Carol, and has 2 surviving brothers- Donald (Judy) Langner, James (Kate) Langner.

John will be sadly missed by family and friends, and per his wishes, a private service for family only will be held at a later date.
