April Oliver

April M. Oliver, age 68 of Neenah, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, October 26, 2025. She was born May 28, 1957 to the late Merv and Lorraine Leischer. On July 21, 1979, April married Edward “Ned” Oliver. The two moved to Neenah in 1982 and raised their two sons.

April worked for many years as a travel agent and administrative assistant. She enjoyed gardening, traveling and spending weekends on their boat in Kewaunee. She also loved watching football and her son’s sporting events growing up. She also found joy in cooking, baking, and entertaining people, always with music playing in the background.

April is survived by her husband of 46 years, Ned; sons: Joshua (Jennifer) Oliver, and Nathan (Micaela) Oliver; grandkids: Kayden, Konnor, Kyla, and Emilia; and by her sisters: Penny Kriplean, Jackie Lowder, Bonnie Wirth, Sharlene Januchowski, and Robin Hamm. She is further survived by her in-laws: Curt (Jenny) Oliver, Pam Oliver, and Joe Dufour; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; parents-in-law: Edward and Inez Oliver; in-laws: Virginia Dufour, Michael Oliver, Howie Wirth, Alan Kriplean, and Richard Lowder.

A memorial gathering for April will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home from 2:00 P.M. until 4:00 P.M.
