Tim Wrase

Tim Wrase, 78, passed away at his home in Neenah on Sunday, November 30, 2025.

Timothy William Wrase was born in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, on October 19, 1947, to Jerry and Helen (Flannigan) Wrase. After growing up in Neenah, Tim attended the University of Wisconsin, Madison. He established Wrase Realty and devoted over 50 years of his professional life to real estate and development. He was proud to have his children join the business along side him.

He and his wife of 45 years, Mory, raised a family in Neenah and could often be found somewhere outdoors enjoying nature.

Tim loved fly fishing, woodworking and gardening. He was quiet, kind and generous; and he had a wonderful sense of humor!

Tim is survived by his wife, Barbara Mory (Gilbert) Wrase; his children, Emily Wrase and William Wrase; his stepchildren, Max Culhane and Coco Culhane; and his siblings, Cindy Wrase and Jeffrey Wrase

A celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
