JAYCE KONETZKE

Jayce Alexander Christopher Konetzke, our Angel Baby, was born and passed away after a short time with us on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Children's Hospital of Wisconsin in Neenah. He leaves behind his parents: Trevor Konetzke and Alyssa Perkins; grandparents: Lorie Doering, Chris Konetzke (special friend Amy), Christine Perkins (special friend Elizabeth Phillips), Daniel Perkins Sr.; great grandparents: Carol Konetzke, Charles and Edwina Schueler, Larry and Claudia Perkins; aunts and uncles: Godmother Hannah Konetzke, Godfather Alexander Perkins, Brandon Konetzke, Dustin Konetzke (special friend Alexis), Bryan Perkins(fiancée Jennifer), Daniel Perkins Jr. (special friend Vicki); cousins: Ambrielle, Audrina, Courtney, McKenzie, and many other relatives. He was preceded in death by his great grandparents: James Konetzke, Janice Reinert, and Darryl Doering. The funeral service for Jayce will be held on Saturday, May 3, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. at Menasha's Westgor Funeral Home. Friends will be received at the funeral home from 3:00 p.m. until the hour of service. Interment will be in Resthaven Cemetery, Menasha. A special thank you to all of our friends and family for your love and support. To the NICU staff: Thank you for fighting with him to the end. We'll love you forever, we'll like you for always; as long as we are living, our baby you'll be.
