Barbara Nunez

Barbara Guadalupe Nunez was a radiant light in the lives of all who knew her. With her infectious laughter and vibrant spirit, she brightened every room she entered and filled hearts with joy. Barbara had a remarkable ability to connect with people; she could always make others smile and was known for getting everyone on their feet dancing.

She was a compassionate soul, always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her selflessness and generosity touched many lives. 

School: Holy Family RC School, Hopkins Village, Belize. She did not attend high school.

Barbara leaves behind a loving family, including her devoted husband, Justin Guzman; Her children: Kayla Petillo, Ivey Flores, Jaron Nunez, Kimberly Nunez; Grandchildren: Damyra Dunbar, Danaeva Smart, Khloe Flores-Bryant, Kyndal Flores-Bryant, Majesty Sanchez, Wanigi Sanchez, AJ Sanchez, Flora Sanchez; Siblings: Marie Nunez, Bernard Nunez, Victoriano Nunez, Allan Nunez, Elma Nunez, Edward Nunez, Fidelis Nunez, Henry Nunez.

Her legacy of love will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Preceded in death by her parents: Casimiro George Nunez & Valentina Juana Nunez; siblings: Thomas Nunez, Gretel Nunez, Hughes Nunez, Davis Nunez.

A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 9, 2026, at 1:00pm, at Menasha’s Westgor Funeral Home.
