God’s love shines through a mother’s love—
not always loud.
A mother’s love sometimes lives in quiet ways:
in showing up, in standing firm,
in her commitment to see us do our best.
It doesn’t always know the perfect words
or how to soften every ache,
but dedication—steady and sure—
is a love that never learned to break.
Grief is the language of the heart,
a way of honoring the love we carry.
Love lives on beyond what we can see,
and though the world may say I’ve left,
I am still here—
always near,
always watching,
always loving.
All my love, always,
to my dear daughter, loving grandsons, baby brother,
sisters-in-law, my brother-in-law,
and all my dear friends.
