Obituary
Robin J. Boegh passed away peacefully last Sunday, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and a life fully lived.
Robin was a man who embraced life with passion and authenticity. He found joy in the roar of engines and the thrill of racing stock cars side by side with his brother Randy—moments that reflected both his adventurous spirit and deep family bonds. He had a natural curiosity and a gifted set of hands, always tinkering with cars or anything with a motor, happiest when he was building, fixing, or improving something.
He loved to travel and was especially drawn to the water, where he found peace and contentment. Whether near a lake or on the open road, Robin carried a sense of freedom that was unmistakably his. He also had a playful side—often changing the lyrics to songs as he sang, bringing laughter and light to those around him.
A proud business owner, Robin valued hard work and family above all else. He worked side by side with his father and later with his son, continuing a tradition of dedication, mentorship, and pride that meant so much to him. Of all his roles, being a grandfather was among his most cherished. His grandchildren brought him immense joy, and he treasured every moment spent with them.
In his later years, Robin found deep happiness sharing life with his soulmate, Susie. Together, they embraced the things he loved most—travel, laughter, and simply being together. Those years were filled with meaning, companionship, and love.
Robin is preceded in death by his parents, Bob and Betty Boegh.
He is survived by his son, Anthony Boegh (Jessica); his beloved grandchildren, Vincent and Winslow Boegh; his partner, Susie Kottke; and his siblings: Jim (Mary) Boegh, Rachel Kramer-Boegh, Steve (Darlene) Boegh, Randy (Lori) Boegh, Ryan (Priscilla) Boegh, and Rebeca Boegh (Bradley West).
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Robin will be remembered as someone who truly lived life to its fullest—someone who loved deeply, laughed often, and left a lasting mark on everyone who knew him. His spirit will continue on in the stories shared, the engines revved, and the lives he touched so profoundly.
