Obituary
In loving memory of Jon Frederick Boyer, also known as “Jon-Boy”, “JB”, “Jon with no H”, or “O-Jon”. He was born to Shirley and Vern Boyer on December 30, 1954 in Neenah, WI. After spending his early years in Neenah, he later moved to Kimberly, WI and is a member of the graduating class of 1973. Jon served honorably in the U.S. Army from 1976-1979. He was married to Victoria Pereson in 1977. After serving in the military he graduated from the University of Wisconsin- Oshkosh with a degree in finance. Jon passed away peacefully at home on August 2nd, 2026.
He is survived by his loving wife, Victoria, and his two sons, Blake and Paul Boyer and their families. He is also remembered by his sisters Melody, Melissa, and Jan. As well as numerous other extended family members.
Those who remember Jon will note his quick wit, sense of humor, and unwavering devotion to friends and family. He was an avid sports fan and outdoorsman. He could easily be found watching the Packers, listening to the Brewers, or sitting on the dock fishing. Jon loved spending time up north at his cabin in Northern Wisconsin. To those he has known and those he has touched, he will be fondly remembered and sincerely missed.
There will not be a public funeral service and the family is not asking for financial contributions. Rather, donations can be made to the Wounded Warrior Foundation or Operation Homefront in his honor, if desired.
