WILFRED LERCHE

Wilfred J. Fred Lerche, age 61, was called to Heaven on Thursday, September 12, 2013 after a brief illness. He was born April 2, 1952; son of the late Wilfred E. and Annabelle R. (Neumann) Lerche. Fred was an avid football fan and loved watching games with his sister, Debbie, even though they were often for the opposing teams. He also enjoyed the history of the old radio and T.V. shows, especially westerns and collected recordings of The Lone Ranger, Fibber McGee and Molly and Charley McCarthy, etc. Fred will be sorely missed by his family, but also by his special four footed little girls, Sissy and Daphne. Fred is survived by two sisters, Linda Lerche, Oshkosh and Debbie Lerche, Neenah and his brother, Dave (Kay) Lerche, Kaukauna. He will be laid to rest in Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah. Freds family would like to say thank you to the first responders, EMTs and the trauma care team at Theda Clark Hospital. Also, Dr. Maguire and the ICU staff who so lovingly cared for our brother. We want to send a special thank you to Stacey, whos poise and compassion helped us through our darkest hour. God bless all of you!
