CAROL DANNER

Carol E. Danner, of Neenah, age 69, passed away unexpectedly on Wednesday, July 23, 2014. She was born July 11, 1945 in Neenah, daughter of the late Robert and Virginia (Leicher) Miracle. Carol was a life-long resident of Neenah and graduate from Neenah High School. She married Thomas Danner on December 17, 1965 at St. Thomas Church in Menasha. He preceded her in death on June 25, 2002. Carol was a member of St. Thomas Church. Carol was a loving and generous wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She often put others before herself, believing there was always enough food, room and money to provide for others. Carol will be missed greatly by her children and everyone who knew her, but we know she is now at peace and is with her husband. Survivors include her three daughters: Sally (Steve) Osterberg, Kerri (Michael) Le Blanc, Mary (Lee) Jones; six grandchildren: Alexis, Wesley, Jennifer, Jason, Makayla and Tre; three brothers: Rev. David Miracle, Milwaukee, Richard (Shirley) Miracle, Omaha, NB, Robert (Sherry) Miracle, Appleton; a sister, Mary (Mark) Skinner, Titusville, FL; a sister-in-law, Margaret Miracle, Neenah; and sister in laws Joan Winston and Mary Fettig, as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends; all who loved her deeply. Carol was preceded in death by a brother, Daniel Miracle. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, July 26, 2014, at St. Thomas Church, 226 Washington St., Menasha, with The Rev. Ralph Osborne officiating. The visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 AM until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers a memorial donation may be made to the Double Portion program at St. Thomas Church.
