WILLIAM ZIESMER

Bill Ziesmer, age 80, passed away peacefully on Thursday, August 21, 2014 at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Appleton. He was born on September 2, 1933 in Pickett, WI; son of the late Ed and Alma (Miller) Ziesmer. Bill honorably served his country with the U.S. Army. In 1970, he was married to Judy Peterman. Bill was employed with the Winnebago State Hospital and then worked at the Neenah Foundry until his retirement. He enjoyed biking, walking and even completed the Fox Cities Marathon with his walking group. Most of all, Bill loved spending time with his family. He is survived by his wife, Judy Ziesmer, Neenah; daughters: Tracy and Ann Marie; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Tami and sister, Eileen (Dick) Lautenschlager. In accordance with Bill's wishes, no services are being held.
