JAMES HUEBNER

James Paul Huebner, 69, of Neenah, Wis. passed away on September 6, 2014. He died on the family hunting land in Lily, Wis. of natural causes while prepping for deer hunting season with his brother and brother-in-law. Born on July 23, 1945 in Portsmouth, Va. to John and Joan Huebner (Olson), Jim was a man devoted to God, his family and serving others. Jim was a member of the Town of Neenah Fire Department for 16 years. He was also a veteran of the United States Navy. Jim retired from Atlas Tag and Label after 42 years and was a long term member of Cornerstone Church. He is survived by his wife of 48 years, Rebecca Roth, his five children: Nicole Wetzel (Andrew), Nadine Mohline (David), Allison Mueller (Brandon), Andrew and Anthony; ten beloved grandchildren: Adrienne, Alex, Joseph, Elizabeth, Olesia, Charles, Clara, Naomi, Nathan and Gwendolyn; and 4 siblings: Dave (Jan), Mike (Sharon), Jean Quinnette, Connie Huebner, sister-in-law Linda and many loving nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Fred. A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, September 10, 2014 at Cornerstone Church - Fox Valley, 357 Broad St., Menasha, with Pastor Kathi Rose officiating. The visitation will be held TONIGHT, Tuesday, from 4:00 PM until a prayer service at 6:30 PM, at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home. There will be additional time for visitation at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 AM until the hour of service. The Fire Dept. will be providing an honor guard and full Military Rites will follow the service conducted by the Neenah Menasha Veterans Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in his name. The family would like to thank the Pickerel EMTs and first responders for their care and expertise administered at the time of death.
