EVONNE WILCOX

Evonne Elsie Wilcox, age 78, passed away with her family by her side on Tuesday, November 4, 2014 at Theda Clark Medical Center, Neenah. She was born on October 15, 1936 in Weyauwega, WI; daughter of the late Albert and Elsie (Zetter) Wilke. On July 28, 1954, she was united in marriage to Glenn Wilcox. Evonne enjoyed canning, baking and was an amazing cook but most of all, she loved to shop. She will be deeply missed by her husband of 60 years, Glenn Wilcox, Neenah; sons: Jeff (Donna) Wilcox, Eagle River, Jerry (Pam) Wilcox, Eagle River, Jim (Carol) Wilcox, Neenah and John (Aldene) Wilcox, Kimberly; nine grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; sisters: Betty Douglas, Neenah and Delores Columb, Milwaukee and by many nieces, nephews and good friends. She was preceded in death by her parents; brothers: Harvey and Leo Wilke; grandson, Matt Florey and by many brothers and sisters-in-law. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, November 10, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at Neenah's Westgor Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Huff officiating. Family and friends may visit at the funeral home on Monday from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place in Oak Hill Cemetery, Neenah. Evonne's family would like to thank the 5th floor doctors, nurses and staff of Theda Clark and the nurses and staff of Theda Clark at Home Health and Hospice for their compassionate care.
