Obituary
William A. Schneider Jr., age 74, passed away peacefully at Oakridge Gardens on Sunday, May 21, 2017. He was born in Racine on March 13, 1943 to the late William and Henrietta Schneider. Bill married Beth Lemmenes on June 20, 1987 and enjoyed twenty-nine years of marriage together. He worked for many years as an electrical and maintenance manager at Eggers Industries in Neenah, before retiring in 2006. Bill was an Eagle Scout in his youth, as well as charter member of the motorcycle group, Rusty Spokes of the Fox Cities as well as the Gold Wing Road Riders Association. He loved fishing, spending time with his family, and visiting with his morning McDonald's group.
Bill is survived by his wife Beth Schneider; children: Scott Schneider, Jeffrey (Sara) Schneider, Jennifer (Stewart) Gandy, and Natalie (Nathan) Nygren; grandchildren: Nicole, Austin, and Alex Schneider; Daniel and Richard Gandy; and Noah Nygren. He's further survived by his brother Robert (Barb) Schneider; brothers-in-law: Mark (Mary) Lemmenes, Steve (Jeannie) Lemmenes, and Richard (Marlys) Lemmenes; former wife Ruth Schneider, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
The Memorial Service for Bill will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at First United Methodist Church, 108 W. Doty Avenue, Neenah. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of the service. Bill will be laid to rest privately at Alto Cemetery.
