HARRY NEUBAUER

Harry Edward Neubauer, age 103, passed away Monday, September 30, 2013 at the Alterra Sterling House in Neenah. He was born on Sept. 25, 1910 in Neenah; son of the late William and Ida (Schmidt) Neubauer. On June 22, 1938 he was united in marriage to Marcella Marcie Kaminski; she preceded him in death in 1979. Harry graduated from Neenah High School in 1928. He worked with the First National Bank in Neenah for over 40 years and retired as associate vice president in 1971. He is survived by many nieces and nephews, including: Karlene Neubauer, Marcia Graves and Sally (Herbert) Jennings; James (Karen) Neubauer and Howard (Wendy) Graves. Harry was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Marcie, brothers, William, Jr., John, Paul, Howard and Robert; sisters, Marie and Alice Graves; niece, Mary Jane Rather and nephew, Jack Neubauer. A memorial service for Harry will be held on Friday, October 4, 2013 at 3:00 p.m. at the Alterra Sterling House, 2330 Bruce St., Neenah with the Rev. Michael Williams officiating. Inurnment will take place in St. Margaret Cemetery, Neenah. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Boys and Girls Brigade, Neenah.
