Obituary
Paul K. Zolkowski, of Appleton, age 47, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, January 19, 2012. He was born October 28, 1964 in Neenah, son of Donald and Kay (Gehrke) Zolkowski. Paul was a graduate of Neenah High School, class of 1983. He was employed with Pierce Manufacturing for over 20 years and enjoyed listening to music and cooking. Paul was a member of St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Neenah. Survivors include his two sons: Jesse Zolkowski, Logan Zolkowski; father, Don Zolkowski and his fiance Nancy Dachelet; two brothers: Greg (Maureen) Zolkowski, Todd (Tina) Zolkowski; and a sister; Terry (John) Schneider; nieces and nephews: Chase, Darby, Brode, Kayla, Hailey, Paskah and Tobin. Paul was preceded in death by his mother, Kay. The Mass of Resurrection will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, Neenah, with Fr. Joseph Mattern officiating. The visitation will be held at the church from 9:00 a.m. until the hour of service. In lieu of flowers a memorial is being established in his name. Pauls family would like to thank the staff at Appleton Medical Center for their professional care and compassion for Paul when he was in the hospital in the fall. Paul will be greatly missed by his family.

My sincere condolences go out to Paul's family. I was a classmate of Paul's at St. Margaret Mary from 1st thru 7th grade; we moved away in 1978. I remember him as being tall, thin, quiet, and polite. Sister Adell was always calling on him, as he was quite good at 6th grade geography..... We may lose track of people thru the years, but we never forget. I am truly sorry for your loss and hope that your memories of Paul help to aid in your comfort at this very difficult time.

I and mom am so sorry for your family's loss. Mom and I were just watching a vcr tape with Paul and son on it at Gram and Gramp Gehrke's house during Christmas. Prayers for all of you. RIP Paul, you are with your mom now...gram and gramp, my dad.....all those who passed before you.
