MARY ELMER

Elmer, Mary Jane Nee: Block My Little Mary Mary Jane Elmer, of Neenah, age 82, passed away at Vallhaven Care Center after a long and courageous battle with MS on Wednesday, January 25, 2012. She was born October 5, 1929, in Oshkosh, daughter of the late Conrad and Alvina (Blechel) Block. Mary Jane married Richard Elmer on October 4, 1951, in Menasha. Mary was a longtime resident of Vallhaven Care Center and had been employed at Lakeside Packaging for 27 years prior to her retirement in December of 2004. Survivors include her two daughters: Sandy (Mike) Lehman, Sharon (Charlie) LeMaire, all of Neenah; four grandsons: Mike, Mark, Nick and Andy; and two great-granddaughters: Samantha and Aubre. Mary Jane was preceded in death by her husband Richard and a sister, June Wideman. A Celebration Service will be held Saturday, February 4, 2012, from 1:30 p.m. until 3:30 p.m., at Vallhaven Care Center, 125 Byrd Ave., Neenah.
