SUSAN SCHULTZ

Susan J. Schultz, Susie, Sue , age 67, of Menasha, passed away unexpectedly at Theda Clark Medical Center on Saturday, April 11, 2009. Susan was born November 8, 1941, in Menasha, to Arthur and Marie (Resch) Voissem. She was a graduate of St. Marys High School in Menasha. Sue retired from Geo. Banta Co. with over 35 years of service. She married Robert J. Schultz in November 1963. Susan loved reading, gardening, listening to music, doing crosswords, baking, playing scrabble and skip-bo, watching her grandchildrens sporting events, and being with her family and friends. She was an avid Brewers, Bucks, Packers, and Nascar fan. She had a love of words, a wonderful sense of humor, and an infectious laugh. She is survived by three children: Michael (special friend, Paula), Jacqueline Jackie (fiance Jim), and Gregory (fiancee Carol), all of Menasha. Susan had four beloved grandchildren: Eric, Nicole, Robert Bobby Buchanan, and Trebor Schultz. She is further survived by three sisters: Rose Broadway and Geri (John) King, of Menasha, and Arlene (Roy) Stephenson, of Minnesota, and a sister-in-law, Carole Voissem, of Michigan. Susie has numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who loved her dearly. Susan was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, Jimmy, Billy, and Dickie Voissem, a sister-in-law, Lois Voissem, and three brothers-in-law, Robert Broadway, Stewart Bodine, and Robert Geiger. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. Her strong faith and love for the Lord were expressed through gentle strength with a gift of knowing the needs of those she loved. She will be dearly missed. Her family and friends are comforted in knowing she is in heaven with her Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. A Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, April 16, 2009, 5:00 p.m. at CHRIST THE ROCK CHURCH, Menasha, with Pastor Dave Vande Hey officiating. Visitation will be from 3:00 p.m. until the hour of services Thursday at the church. Interment will be in St. Mary Cemetery, Menasha.
