PAUL PFAFF

Paul R. Pfaff, age 73, formerly of Neenah, passed away early Thursday, July 12, 2012. He was born December 17, 1938 to the late Harold and Anna (Thompson) Pfaff. Paul lived his whole life as a Neenah resident, having graduated from Neenah High School. He then earned his degree from Carroll College and returned to Neenah where he eventually became Captain of the Neenah Fire Department, retiring in 1990. After his retirement, he continued to work jobs at McDonalds, ShopKo, and Bergstrom, and also volunteered at Theda Clark. Paul also loved the railroad. He enjoyed toy trains and taking trips just to see a special train. Paul is survived by his daughter, Lisa (Tom) LeClair; granddaughter, Aubree; and many cousins. He was preceded in death by his son, Richard Pfaff. A funeral service for Paul will be held Sunday, July 15, 2012 at 2:00 P.M. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service. Interment will be at Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established.
