Dear Langdon Family, It's Wendy (Butler) Day, a classmate of Matt's from Sacred Heart. I'm shocked by the news I received today about Matt, and I can only imagine the pain you are all feeling right now. I will always remember Matt as a "gentle" soul while we grew up, mixed with his humor and intellect. We'll always have that special bond from going to Sacred Heart together for so many years. Those childhood memories are etched in our hearts. Prayers to you, Gina, and Greg Nickash as well. God has Matt in the palm of his hand, although much too soon. May faith get you through the rough days and weeks ahead. I will continue to pray for you all. Sincerely, Wendy Day

Through Aunt, Betsy Steffes, I feel I have known Matt since he was just a youngster. I enjoyed hearing about all his accomplishments and skills, his bond with his fur-family member, Shadow, and his dedication to and love for his human family members. He will be remembered in the hearts of all who knew him. My condolences to Mary, Roy and Gina. May you find comfort in the happy memories of your times together and healing in the belief that you will all be reunited in your combined Eternity. Remembering that every single day is a gift, may we all live our lives as full, pure and complete as Matt did. With my sympathy, Kas Mantz
