MARJORIE PLOOR

Marge Ploor, age 88, went to Heaven on October 29, 2013 with her family by her side, following a stroke she suffered weeks before. She was born on April 15, 1925, the daughter of the late Otto and Martha Mueller in the town of Clayton. Marge married Edmund Ploor on September 17, 1946, he preceded her in death on August 17, 1989. She was employed at Lakeview, Theda Clark Hospital, and CJs Restaurant. Marge attended Trinity Lutheran Church, and was a member of Christian Womens Circle for many years. Marges greatest joy was spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and the little great grandchildren. Survivors include her five daughters: Sherry Ploor, Franklin, WI; Peggy (sp. friend John Kudrna) Perzentka, Paula Wiegand, Mary Lacca, and Mona (Mike) Pheifer, all of Neenah; grandchildren: Brad (Carla Niemi) Wiegand and Tammy Wiegand, Travis and Nicole Perzentka, Ryan (Amber) Pheifer, Ashley (Luke) Herriges, Tonya Pheifer; great grandchildren: Ashton and Kyla Jesse, Mason, A.J. and Raegann Pheifer, and six-week old Peyton Herriges. Marge is further survived by her sisters: Jeanette Verrier, Lois Hoppe, Hazel (John) Lisk, Jackie (Jim Sr.) Jones, Grace (Denis) Danielsen; and sisters-in-law, Carol Mueller and Caroline Mueller; nieces, nephews, and a forever friend, Joyce Slowatyniec. In addition to her parents and her husband, Edmund, she was preceded in death by six brothers, a sister and many other relatives and friends. A Christian Celebration of Marges life will be held on Friday, November 1, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Ev. Lutheran Church (407 Oak Street, Neenah) with Rev. Tony McKenzie officiating. Family and friends may visit at the church on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service. Interment will be in Oak Hill Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, a memorial contribution is appreciated to the Opening Doors building fund for Trinity Lutheran School in Marges name.
