Dear Amanda and Van Gompel Family, We lost a great friend this week. Jim's quiet and gentle spirit drew others to him. He overcame great obstacles during his lifetime--in part because of the amazing family support he received. Thank you for taking such good care of our dear friend. Clem, Agnes,Amanda & all my family. My prayers are with you at this difficult time. Please know I am there in spirit. I know all will miss Jim's sweet smile and warm personality. He is reunited with family long passed and a loving Heavenly Father.

Although we only met Jim a hand full of times we could tell that he was a great person and we know that he will be greatly missed. Personally, I knew he was smart when I met him for the first time at an Alice Cooper concert in Green Bay...he was one of the only people to bring ear plugs! Here's to remembering the good times.
