VIOLA OLSON

Viola E. Olson, age 94, passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2013 at St. Paul Eldercare, Kaukauna, WI, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Royalton, WI on July 24, 1919 to Otto and Emma Handrich and was married to Robert H. Olson in 1942. Viola is survived by her daughter, Kalene (Greg) Lockhart; son, Robert N. (Nancy) Olson; grandsons: Mark (Angie) Oppor; Nicholas (Colleen) Oppor; step-grandson, Jim Ultang; and great-grandsons: Jack Oppor, Max Oppor, and Jordan Steger. She is further survived by sisters: Mable Chich and Rose Tessen; sister-in-law, Evie Johnson; brother-in-law, John Jones; nieces, nephews and friends. Viola was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and by brothers Elmer Handrich and Gordon Handrich. The funeral service for Viola will be held at 1:30 P.M., Monday, November 11, 2013 at St. Paul Eldercare Chapel, 316 E. 14th St., Kaukauna, WI. Visitation will be in the chapel from 1:00 P.M. until the hour of service. The family expresses their gratitude for the wonderful and loving care provided to Viola during her time at St. Paul Eldercare.
