Obituary
Diane Grimmer, of Neenah, age 66, passed away peacefully surrounded by her family at Cherry Meadows Hospice on Friday, April 1, 2011. She was born May 13, 1944 in Neenah, daughter of the late Howard and Margaret (Schultz) Kuhr. Diane retired from Outlook Graphics Group after 24 years of employment. She loved spending time with her family and was proud to give blood at the Community Blood Center. Diane will be sadly be missed by her family and friends including her daughter, Robin (Corby) Blansette; her step-children: Mike (Dawn) Grimmer, Julie Green; four step-grandchildren: Justin, Aimee, Emma and Dominick; two sisters: Susie Kuhr, Christine (Louie) Christensen; nieces and nephews; and three sisters-in-law: Judy Kuhr, Karen Kuhr, Rachel Kuhr. Diane was preceded in death by her brothers: Jim Ronald Kuhr, Tom Kuhr, Jerry Kuhr, and her twin brother, David Kuhr; and a sister, Carol Curly Kuhr. A graveside service will be held for family and friends on Friday, April 8, 2011, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Margarets Cemetery in Neenah. Diane loved Lawrence Welk so blow a few bubbles and think of her! Special thanks to the staff of Cherry Meadows for their care and compassion. To her friends at the Assisi Home in Neenah, know that she loved you all!
