LAURELLE ZELINSKE

Laurelle E. Zelinske, age 87 of Menasha, passed away peacefully after a seven year battle with Leukemia early Monday, November 11, 2013. She was born in Green Bay on June 3, 1926 to the late Walter and Jeanette (Slye) Marto. Laurelle was a 1944 graduate of Green Bay West High School and went on to work for American Can until her retirement at age 62. She was a very athletic woman who enjoyed walking, bike riding, cross-country skiing, as well as waterskiing. After her retirement, Laurelle traveled frequently, having taken trips to Europe as well as many bus trips and mystery tours. She cherished time with her grandchildren and was a member of St. Johns Rosary Society. Laurelle will be missed by her four children: Steven (Sue) Zelinske; Jeffrey J. Zelinske; Dennis (Cindy) Zelinske; and Debora (Gary) Robinson; her grandchildren: Michael, Jacob, and Jayme Zelinske; Erik (Shauna) Robinson; and Robert Robinson. She is further survived by her great-grandchildren: Andrew and Emmalyn Robinson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harry J. Zelinske. A memorial service for Laurelle will be held at 7:00 P.M., Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Menashas Westgor Funeral Home. Friends and family may visit from 4:00 P.M. until the hour of service. Inurnment will be in St. Johns Cemetery, Menasha.
