PETER VICK

Peter Vick, age 68 of Neenah, passed away on Tuesday, November 12, 2013. He was born on October 15, 1945 in Kansas City, MO; the son of Dale and Shirley Vick. Peter grew up in Hartland, WI attended Arrowhead High School, but moved to Appleton and graduated there. Pete spent years working for Sears and ended up retiring from Eggers Door of Neenah, WI. Peter enjoyed fishing and hunting, but loved golf and playing pool. Shortly after retiring, Peter was involved in an accident which left him a quadriplegic for the last 13 years. Peters sense of humor never left him and he will be missed by all those who knew him. He is survived by his parents, Dale and Shirley Vick of Winneconne; brothers, Christopher (Kathy) Vick of Winneconne and Jon Vick of Copper Harbor, U.P.; sister, Wendy (Don) Halle of Neenah; daughter, Lynda (Aaron) Bertling and granddaughters, Ava and Bronte Bertling of West Allis, WI along with numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. A memorial service for Peter will be held at a later date. Petes family would like to especially thank the entire staff at Manor Care, Appleton for their compassionate care over the years.
