DELORES STORDOCK

Dolores Ann Stordock, age 93, of Neenah, passed away Monday, December 9, 2013 at Valley VNA in Neenah. She was born on July 10, 1920 in Oshkosh; daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Stiller) Kriz. She was married to Paul Pinky Stordock on May 23, 1945 in Oshkosh after he returned from serving with the U.S. Army Air Corps during WWII. They celebrated 51 wonderful years of marriage together! Dolores had many interests. She loved sewing, reading, gardening, bowling, golfing, gambling and feeding the birds, but family and friends were her pride and joy. Dolores is survived by her daughters, Paula (Stephen) Martinson, Kaukauna and Virginia Stordock, Taylor, AZ; grandson, Steven (Sara) Sutter, Dubuque, IA and two close nieces, Marilyn Klanchar and Sue Forster, both of Milwaukee. She was preceded in death by: her parents, two brothers, Bernard and Francis, her sister, Marie, and her husband, Paul. A Mass of Resurrection will be held on Saturday, December 14, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church, 439 Washington Ave., Neenah with the Rev. Michael Ingold officiating. Family and friends may visit at the church on Saturday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the mass. Entombment will take place in Greenlawn Memorial Park, Neenah. Memorial contributions may be given to the church. Dolores family would like to say a special thanks to Affinity Hospice, Home Helpers and the Valley VNA for their compassionate care. They also greatly appreciate the many delicious meals prepared and delivered weekly by the members of St. Margaret Marys these last few months!
