LUCILLE MARX

Lucille D. Marx, age 96, of Neenah, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 27, 2012 at Theda Clark Medical Center. She was born on April 6, 1915 in East Bloomfield, Wisconsin, daughter of the late William and Minnie (Greening) Ernst. Lucille was a 1933 graduate of Weyauwega High School. She was married to Frank W. Marx, who preceded her in death on September 21, 1997. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Neenah. Lucille was a loving, caring, amazing mother and grandmother who loved gardening, crocheting, baking, walking, and time spent with her family. She will be sadly missed by her children: Carol Harper, Oshkosh, Ron (Cindy), Appleton, Bill (Donna), Menasha; grandchildren: Wendy (Lyle) Cable, Neenah, Richard (Jeri) Loiselle, Harvard, IL, David Loiselle, Oshkosh, Jebb (special friend Kelly Abel) Filz, Appleton, Jacob (Stephanie) Marx, Glendale, AZ, Tommy Marx, Menasha; great grandchildren: KLynn, Cierra, Gavin, Rori Ann, Cole, Hannah. In addition to her parents and her loving husband, Frank, she was preceded in death by her son, Dwayne; sister, Mildred Schoenick; and brother, Delbert Ernst. The Christian Funeral Service for Lucille will be held on Thursday, March 1, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. at Trinity Lutheran Church with Rev. Tony L. McKenzie officiating. Friends will be received directly at the church from 10:00 a.m. until the hour of service. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
