BERNICE MENGHINI

Bernice Boots Menghini, age 98, passed away peacefully as a resident of Park View Health Center in Oshkosh. She was born June 9, 1913 in Escanaba, MI to the late Edward and Alice (Zorzy) Brier. Bernices top priority in life was her family. She greatly enjoyed spending as much time with them as she could. She was also a very talented seamstress who specialized in formals and complete wedding ensembles. In her earlier years, Bernice was also the proud owner and operator of a ceramic shop in upper Michigan. Bernice will be missed by her four children: Jeanne Ralston; Ronald (Carolyn) Glass; Darlin (Raymond) Verley; and Robert (Elizabeth) Glass; 16 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren; and 6 great-great grandchildren. She is further survived by her brother, Edward Brier. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Clifford A. Glass; her second husband, Joseph A. Menghini; her brother, Raymond Brier; her sister, Orvella Driscoll; and 2 grandsons. A funeral service for Bernice will be held Saturday, September 10, 2011 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Gabriel Catholic Church, Neenah, Fr. Larry Seidl officiating. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until the hour of service, at church. In lieu of flowers, donations to Park View Health Center in Bernices name would be appreciated.
