ROBERT MEYER

Robert J. Meyer, of Neenah, passed away Tuesday, September 13, 2011. Bob was born to John and Marion Meyer June 20, 1928. After graduating from Winneconne High School, he joined the Navy then transferred to the newly created US Air Force in 1947 retiring in 1971. Working at Theda Clark Regional Medical Center in Neenah as a biomedical technician, he retired in 1991. In 1950 he married Wilma Jean Hansen. They spent the rest of their lives together until Wilma passed away in 2006. Bob is survived by 5 sons and 2 daughters: Tom(Carol), Chris(Lou Anne), Mike(Cathy), Dan(Audra), Kelly(Patti), Tina(Greg) Helling , Kim(Joe) Martin; 13 grandchildren: David, Dominick, John, Ryan, Jordan, Adam, Rhen, Britney, Ashley, Derik, Charlotte, Taylor, Brittany; and 3 great-grandchildren: Shane, Jayden, Lieym. He was preceded in death by his mother, Marion; brother, Harvey; and son, Tim. The Mass of Resurrection will be held at St. Margaret Mary Parish in Neenah, at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 17, 2011. Visitation will begin at the church at 9:30 A.M. until the hour of service.
