Obituary
Lauren “Laurie” Andersen, age 80, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, at the Valley VNA. She was born December 10, 1945, in Neenah, daughter of the late Lyall and Mildred Jones.
Laurie married William McGrath on April 15, 1967. He passed away unexpectedly on January 15, 1984.
She worked at Matrix Telemarketing Corporation as an Administrative Assistant, then Marine Bank, retiring after 20 years.
Laurie was a member of St. Paul Lutheran church in Neenah. She enjoyed bowling and fishing.
Survivors include brothers: Jim Jones, Andrew Jones, John (Pam) Jones, Michael (Ruth) Jones; her former husband, Ken Andersen; and many nieces and nephews,
Laurie was preceded in death by three sisters and two brothers.
A memorial service is planned for September and will be announced when the date is confirmed.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the Neenah Animal Shelter.
