ANGELINE BENETAZZO

Angie enjoyed music, singing and dancing, as well as gardening in her younger years. She and John would often sing operatic duets as they dressed to go out for the evening. She enjoyed having plants in her home. She crocheted, knitted, sewed, and made caps for newborn babies which she donated to hospitals. She was an excellent cook. She enjoyed laughter and jokes and socializing with family and friends. 

She was a member of St. Mary's of the Seven Dolors church while in Hurley, WI, and was an active member of the church council, sang in the choir, and volunteered for St. Mary's Elementary School. She became a member of St. Mary's Church, Menasha, since her move in 1996.

Angie was preceded in death by her parents, her brother Ottilio Cunico, her husband John and their son, Albert Benetazzo.

She is survived by her daughter, Louise (David) Schwaegler, Appleton; her son, Paul (Lisa) Benetazzo, Bolingbrook, IL; her sister-in-law, Mary Jane Cunico, Hurley, WI; numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She is also survived by nieces and nephews both in the United States and in Italy. 

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, February 25, 2017, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 528 Second Street, Menasha. The Rev. Paul Paider will officiate.  A visitation will be Saturday at the church from 9:00 A.M. until the time of the Mass. Interment will be held at St. Mary's Cemetery in Hurley, WI at a later date.
