SCOTT HAWKINSON

Scott G. "Hawk" Hawkinson, Menasha, sadly passed away on Sunday, May 3, 2009. Scott was born on January 27, 1951 in Neenah to Truman and Beatrice "Boots" (Dallman) Hawkinson. Scott graduated from Neenah High School in 1969 and from the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh in 1973. Scott married Mary E. Schwalbach on November 4, 1972. Scott and Mary made their home in Menasha. Scott spent most of his professional career with Stokley Van Camp's, Central Products, Stock Lumber and Great Northern. One of Scott's greatest joys was to spend time at the trailer entertaining friends and family. Scott was preceded in death by his mother and father; a step-mother, Rita (Eckholm) Miller; an infant brother, Randy; mother-in-law, Rita Schwalbach and brother-in-law, Thomas Schwalbach. Survivors include his wife, Mary; daughter Kari (Pete Briones) Hawkinson; grandchildren Connor and Ramsey Briones. Scott is further survived by a brother, Jeff (Kay) Hawkinson; father-in law, John F. Schwalbach; brothers-in-law, John M. (Joan) Schwalbach and Ed Schwalbach and several cousins, nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Saturday, May 9, 2009 Menasha's Westgor Funeral Home. Visitation with the family will be from 1:00 pm until the hour of the service. Dad, you were taken from us way too early. Regardless of the journey, you were always loved and you will always be missed. We will all miss what should have been
