Obituary

Nancy Lawrence, Menasha, a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed from this life to her eternal reward in heaven on Tuesday, February 10, 2009, following an inspiring 40-year battle with MS. Nancy leaves behind her loving husband Charles and her children: Paul, Polly (Floyd) Fuhrman, Martha (John) Mobley, and Marian (Kevin) Rezel. She is also survived by her sister, Mary (Tom) Norris, granddaughters: Andrea (Bo) Johnson, and Emilie, Hayley, and Molly Rezel, and great-grandchildren: Murphie, Barrett, and Dane Johnson. The Mass of Resurrection will be held at 12:30 p.m. on Friday, February 13, 2009 at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, 516 DePere Street, Menasha, with Fr. Larry Canavera officiating. The visitation will be held at MENASHA'S WESTGOR FUNERAL HOME on Friday, from 10:00 a.m. until noon.

To the family of Nancy Lawrence I had the privilege of taking care of Nancy for many years when I practiced in the Fox River Valley. She was one of the sweetest ladies that I have known. Her courage was inspirational.

Martha, I am so sorry to hear about your mother. Had I read this email just a few hours earlier - I would have made it a point to show my love and support at the funeral. You've been a good daughter to both your mom and dad. I'm sure she will be greatly missed by all of you. What a terrible loss. But her spirit lives on in all the lives she touched.
